Privacy policy

Megalith collects no personal data and does no tracking. The app has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and no third-party SDKs. Everything you do in Megalith happens entirely on your device.

Information we collect

None. Megalith does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about you. We have no servers, the app makes no network requests with your content, and nothing you create or type is sent anywhere.

Photos

If you choose a photo as the background for a graphic, you select it through Apple's system photo picker. The image is used only to render your composition on your device and is never uploaded or shared by Megalith.

When you save a finished graphic, Megalith writes that image to your photo library — and only then, with your permission. The app does not read, browse, or otherwise access your existing photos.

On-device storage

So the app reopens where you left off, Megalith saves your current composition — the text, colors, and layout settings — in local app storage on your device (iOS UserDefaults). This information stays on your device, is never transmitted, and is removed if you delete the app.

Tracking and third parties

Megalith does not track you across apps or websites and contains no analytics or advertising frameworks. No third parties receive your data, because no data leaves your device.

Children's privacy

Megalith does not collect any data from anyone, including children. No personal information is gathered regardless of the user's age.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
